Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or colour. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras. Due to the type of service we provide, at current it is impracticable to return products. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns regarding a product. To be eligible for a refund, you'll need proof of purchase and problem.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue as to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
